Damage Deposit Foil Fest 

All participants that take part in the Foil Fest hosted on the 16th & 17th December will be responsible for any damage while in the Waszp from the time of getting on the Waszp to disembarking the Waszp. Each Sailor will pay $200 which if there is no damage will be refundable. 

Any damage caused by sailor will lead to a % of everyone’s damage deposit fee to be deducted to cover the damage. It is in the sailors interest to protect the Waszp foiling boats. This will be determined by Thomas and the OA (RBYC). 

At the end of each race when you swap out, you must hand over the Waszp with a verbal handover to the official support crew. 

All Participants agree that they have sufficient foiling experience in the Waszp and that they sail at their own risk.

The Organising Authority (RBYC) including any volunteers, coaches and any Waszp supplier for the event (USail and any other parties) should not be held responsible for any injury or personal loss that may occur.
